In my world, nature, science and humanity are cohorts, where from void, sparks of imagination and desire burn a path to contemplation and knowledge.
Chemical characters live under microscopes, walk in cities, reflect in waters, and float on the wind throughout centuries. Physics elevate matter, commandeer thoughts, heat up arguments, and magnetize lovers. Every materialization, a reflection of theoretical counterpart.
My work is inspired by a deep curiosity for science, psychology, humanity and nature. I examine the links between what is nature-made, and the effects of advanced thinking, technology and environmental and social disturbances. Issues of balance and imbalance, by-products of scientific advancement and quality of life are weighed against the pure intelligence of life form. Many of my works explore the energy of sea life and the perils of excess.
